Here's What Results You Should Expect:

Your Jaw Is Changing Right Now

Every year in a denture, the bone underneath keeps shrinking — that's why a denture that fit in 2019 doesn't fit today. Wait long enough and the one-day procedure stops being an option; you end up needing bone grafting, a longer treatment, and a bigger bill.

The Years You're Waiting Are Years You'd Be Using It

People come in at 71 and tell us they first thought about this at 62. That's nine Thanksgivings and nine sets of photographs they didn't smile in. The procedure is the same at either age — what's different is how long you get to have it.

One Office, One Surgeon, One Lab

You'll meet Dr. Villar at your first visit and he'll be the one doing your surgery — not a rotating panel, not a treatment coordinator with a tablet and a quota. And we will tell you no: if your scan shows you're not a candidate, we'll say so and refund anything you've paid.

Why People Drive Past the National Chains to Get Here

Dr. Villar

You'll meet Dr. Villar at your first visit, and he'll be the one doing your surgery — not a rotating panel, not a treatment coordinator with a tablet and a quota. We keep our schedule small on purpose, with a limited number of surgical days each month, because a full arch isn't a procedure to rush. One office, one surgeon, one lab, one phone number for the entire process.

Real Patients. Real Mouths.

What's Included

$28,000 per arch

Includes everything described below:

If both arches are being treated, the second arch costs less, because it's the same surgical day, the same sedation, and the same anesthesia team. We don't treat an arch that doesn't need treating.

Some patients finance. We'll show you your monthly number before you leave the building.

FAQ

Q: What exactly is All-on-X?

A: A full arch of fixed teeth anchored to four or more dental implants placed in your jawbone. Fixed means they don't come out — not at night, not for cleaning, not ever. You brush them like teeth.

Q: Why is this $28,000 when a denture is $2,000?

A: Because you're not buying a plate of teeth, you're buying a foundation. A denture rests on gums that keep shrinking underneath it, which is why it needs adhesive and why it stops fitting. Implants fuse to your jawbone and hold the teeth in place permanently. The price includes the surgery, the sedation, the surgeon, the imaging, the temporary set, the final custom prosthesis, and every visit in between. A denture is the cheaper thing you replace every few years. This is the thing you stop thinking about.

Q: Am I really getting teeth the same day?

A: Yes. You go home the same day with a fixed provisional set attached to the implants. You will be on soft foods for roughly four months while the bone integrates around the implants, then we place your final zirconia teeth. Fixed teeth same day, full diet at four months. We'd rather you hear that now than be surprised later.

Q: Will I be awake?

A: No. IV sedation is included. Most patients don't remember the procedure.

Q: Will they look fake?

A: Not if they're built right. Natural teeth aren't a single flat shade — they have translucency at the edges, variation between teeth, and proportions that match your face and lip line. We design yours in 3D and you approve the design before we begin. If it doesn't look like you, we change it.

Q: What if I've already lost bone?

A: Many of our patients have, especially long-term denture wearers. Your CBCT scan tells us how much you have and where. Some patients need grafting, some don't, and some are past the point where the same-day approach works. We'll tell you which one you are before you commit to anything.

Q: What happens if an implant fails?

A: It's uncommon, but it happens. If an implant doesn't integrate during the healing period, we replace it at no charge to you. Your provisional teeth stay in place while it heals.

Q: What if I need both arches?

A: The second arch costs less, because it's done on the same surgical day with the same sedation and the same team. That said, we only treat an arch that clinically needs treating. If your lower teeth have years left in them, we'll tell you to keep them.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Most dental plans cover a portion. We'll file for you and apply whatever you have. Most patients finance the balance, and we'll show you the numbers at your first visit.

Q: How is this different from the big national implant centers?

A: Small schedule, one surgeon, one office, and no commission-driven sales process. You meet the dentist who will operate on you at your first appointment.
