What is All-on-X?
All-on-X replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge anchored to a small number of dental implants. The teeth are not removable — they stay in your mouth and are cleaned like natural teeth.
Do you have financing?
Yes, we have flexible financing that offers payment plans ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
Do I get teeth the same day?
Your surgery happens in one day. One or two days later, your custom temporary teeth are placed (and these temporaries are made from the same premium material many offices use for their final teeth). About six months later, once everything has healed and any cosmetic tweaks are made, your final custom zirconia arch is placed.
Will I be awake?
IV sedation is included, so you're asleep for the procedure. If you'd prefer to stay awake, we offer other anesthesia options — either way, it's comfortable and pain-free.
Will the teeth look fake?
Your teeth are designed digitally for your face and approved by you before treatment. Dr. Villar specializes in aesthetics — he focuses on where the light catches, the coloring, and the small details that make teeth look natural. Even your temporary teeth are made from the same premium material many offices use for their finals, and your final prosthesis is custom zirconia — teeth that look like teeth.
What if I have lost bone?
Long-term denture wear causes the jaw to shrink over time. Your CBCT scan shows exactly how much bone you have today and whether implants can be placed. If grafting is needed for your case, it's covered — your price covers everything your case requires. And if you're not a candidate, we tell you.
What happens if an implant fails?
Healing is managed in our office by the same surgeon who placed the implants. Provisional repair or replacement during healing is included at no charge, and the prosthesis carries a 5-year warranty with kept hygiene visits.
What if I need both arches?
Pricing is per arch. If both arches are treated, your plan and total are reviewed with you at the consultation before anything begins.
Do you take insurance?
Most plans contribute only a limited amount toward full-arch treatment. We review your coverage and your financing options at your first visit, so you leave knowing the real number.
